Service Description

Rising Hoopers Labor Day Clinic Designed for boys and girls ages 8–10, this three-hour clinic will help young players strengthen their fundamentals, improve their confidence, and compete in a positive, high-energy environment. Players will work on ball handling, shooting, finishing, passing, footwork, defense, and game situations. September 7, 2026 9:00 AM–12:00 PM $65 per player Limited spots available.

Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully. By registering, you agree to these terms. 1. Cancellation / Refund Policy • All sales are final. No refunds. • Credits are not guaranteed and may only be granted by Coach Pedro Rios with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows = no credit. • If we must cancel due to weather, emergencies, or maintenance, a credit may be issued at Coach Pedro’s discretion. • If a program is permanently discontinued, you may receive either a credit or refund for the unused portion. ⸻ 2. Unlimited Plans Policy • No refunds or guaranteed credits. • Missed sessions, holidays, weather, or closures do not entitle you to a refund or credit. • Any exception is solely at the discretion of Coach Pedro Rios. • Plans CAN NOT be shared. No exceptions. ⸻ 3. 3-on-3 Basketball League Policy • All sales are final. No refunds or credits, no exceptions. • To even be considered for a credit or transfer, you must give 14 days’ notice before the league starts. • Once the league begins, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason (illness, injury, conflicts, etc.). • Game adjustments (reschedules/postponements) do not entitle you to a refund or credit. ⸻ Acknowledgment: By registering, you understand that refunds are never provided and credits are not guaranteed.
