3-on-3 Basketball League Policy
All registrations for the 3-on-3 Basketball League are final.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS or CREDITS under any circumstances. No exceptions.

If you wish to be considered for a possible credit or transfer to a future league session, you must provide written notice at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the league start date.

Providing notice does not guarantee a credit or transfer. Credits or transfers are considered solely at the discretion of Coach Pedro Rios.

Once the league has started, no credits, refunds, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including missed games, illness, scheduling conflicts, or withdrawal.

Games may be rescheduled, postponed, or adjusted at the discretion of the Company due to weather, facility availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Such adjustments do not entitle participants to a refund or credit.
Important: Only Coach Pedro Rios has the authority to approve any credits or transfers. Participants are not entitled to one, even if proper notice is given.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, mobile app, website, and facilities (“Services”) provided by It’s Possible Basketball LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility

Participants under 18 must have parent/guardian consent.

By using our Services, you confirm you are legally able to agree to these Terms or have parental approval.
2. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due in advance through approved payment methods.

All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds.

Credits may be issued only in accordance with our Cancellation/Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
3. Facility Use & Conduct
By entering or using our facilities, you agree to:

Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

Refrain from harassment, unsafe behavior, or misuse of equipment.

Supervise children at all times (parents/guardians).
We reserve the right to remove anyone violating these rules without refund or credit.
4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Basketball and athletic training involve inherent risks of injury. By participating, you:

Assume full responsibility for your participation.

Release and hold harmless It’s Possible Basketball LLC, its owners, coaches, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Acknowledge that you are responsible for your own medical expenses in case of injury.
5. Waivers & Insurance

Participation may require signing a liability waiver prior to training.

We recommend participants carry personal health insurance to cover potential injuries.
6. Intellectual Property

All training programs, materials, logos, videos, and content are the exclusive property of It’s Possible Basketball LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them without written permission.
7. App & Online Services

You may not misuse our mobile app or website (e.g., attempt to hack, copy, or reverse-engineer).

We may suspend access if misuse is detected.
8. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described there.
9. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate Services at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or unsafe conduct.
10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.

Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Bristol County, Massachusetts, under the Federal Arbitration Act and the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Each party waives the right to a jury trial and agrees to bring claims only in an individual capacity (no class actions).
