League and Game Standards
For three on three leagues and in class scrimmages, we want the same experience every time.
Core league standards:
• Equal playing time whenever possible
• Positive communication with players and parents
• Clear substitutions and rotations
• Stats and scorekeeping done with focus and integrity
• Zero tolerance for arguing with refs or staff
Three on three goals:
• More touches for each player
• More decisions with the ball
• More reads without the ball
• Growth in confidence, not just wins and losses
