Service Description
Birthday Party Layout includes: -15 participants plus the b-day kid! (16 total) - Includes decorations, utensils, cups plates and more. - Music Speaker - Bring your own food and drinks. - We provide 3 eight foot tables and chairs. BONUS!!! We are adding child 1 FREE credit to one of our group drop ins offered daily. ($29 value per child). Add Ons Available: -$10 each additional participant. - $55 for 30 more minutes w/ Shooting Machine included. -$85 per additional hour. Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully. By registering, you agree to these terms. 1. Cancellation / Refund Policy • All sales are final. No refunds. • Credits are not guaranteed and may only be granted by Coach Pedro Rios with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows = no credit. • If we must cancel due to weather, emergencies, or maintenance, a credit may be issued at Coach Pedro’s discretion. • If a program is permanently discontinued, you may receive either a credit or refund for the unused portion. ⸻ 2. Unlimited Plans Policy • No refunds or guaranteed credits. • Missed sessions, holidays, weather, or closures do not entitle you to a refund or credit. • Any exception is solely at the discretion of Coach Pedro Rios. ⸻ 3. 3-on-3 Basketball League Policy • All sales are final. No refunds or credits, no exceptions. • To even be considered for a credit or transfer, you must give 14 days’ notice before the league starts. • Once the league begins, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason (illness, injury, conflicts, etc.). • Game adjustments (reschedules/postponements) do not entitle you to a refund or credit. ⸻ Acknowledgment: By registering, you understand that refunds are never provided and credits are not guaranteed.
